Do all parties need to be present for the notary appointment.

The notary can only notarize signatures of signers who are present, with valid government-issued photo ID, and able to communicate directly with the notary. If all parties are not in the same physical location, we can still complete the process through an online notarization. Each party will log into an agreed upon online notary platform and digitally sign the document(s). If all parties cannot be present at the same time, the notary can still notarize the document for those that are present then another notary can complete the notarization for the other signers at a later date.

What types of documents can you notarize?

I can notarize any documents that Texas legally allows including but not limited to investment forms, custody agreements, quitclaim deeds, debt settlements, divorce paperwork, estate planning documents, financial documents, power of attorneys, wills, trusts, legal retainers, real estate documents, passport applications, parental consents for travel, affidavits, court documents, and more!

9

Should I sign the documents before the appointment?

In general, the answer is no. There are some documents that allow you to but it's best to always wait until you are in the presence of a notary.
